One month before your wedding date, we have a kickoff meeting. This is your chance to begin handing everything over to us — your vendor details, your timeline, your layout, your ceremony plan, your music requests, your group shot list, and anything you that you think we’ll need in order to execute your plan beautifully.

We then create a “Master Plan” for the day, which we review with you at our next meeting. This PDF collects and distills all of the critical information for your day. We connect with all over your vendors to share and confirm all final information, ensuring everyone is ready for an amazing event.

On the day of the wedding, we’re the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave. You can sit back and enjoy your big day, knowing we’re behind the scenes making everything flow flawlessly.

Perfect for couples wanting customized event design in addition to help with all the logistics, this package ensures every detail is both personal and beautifully considered.

  • Work with you to clearly define the look-and-feel you're wanting.
  • Provide custom ideas and recommendations for all of the details and key aesthetic areas.
  • Based on those you would like to pursue, help you source any needed materials, vendors, or rentals.
  • Day-of styling of all your details.
  • Includes all services listed in the "Planning" package.



Have big ideas but an impossible schedule? Our top priority is to make every single step as quick and easy for you as possible, while still creating a gorgeously personalized event. We take on many of the tasks that are often done by the bride or groom.

  • Handle most vendor meetings.
  • Create and manage a wedding website for you and your guests.
  • Provide you with a highly curated selection of stationery options from which to choose.
  • Oversee addressing, stamping, and mailing of invitations.
  • Receive and track guest RSVPs.

Pricing varies

Our event design service can be added for an additional $3,000, as well as à la carte production, which are priced based on the specific deliverable. The exact price of your package will depend on your specifics, which we can chat about in an initial call or meeting.
